Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using www.arezah.com or placing an order with Arezah.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from Arezah, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Products
We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colours, textures and packaging may vary slightly due to photography, display settings or manufacturing updates.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change without prior notice. If a pricing error occurs, Arezah reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund where applicable.
4. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, abuse or pricing errors.
5. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control do not make Arezah liable for compensation.
6. No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges
All sales are final. Arezah does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases or customer preference. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before placing it. If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs. Any assistance provided will be at Arezah's sole discretion.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Arezah is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect names, addresses or phone numbers.
8. Payments
Orders may be processed only after payment verification where applicable. Bank Transfer, Easypaisa and JazzCash payments may require manual confirmation before dispatch.
9. Intellectual Property
All logos, product photographs, graphics, branding, website design and content remain the property of Arezah and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arezah shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
12. Changes to these Terms
Arezah reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
